Returns and Exchanges
Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size.
If all requirements are met above and a return needs to be made, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with SUBJECT: Return and your Name, Order #, and reason for return. We ask that you allow 24-48 hours for a response during our normal Monday- Friday business hours 8am-5pm CST.
Shipping Items Back For Return/Exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
